Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management solution, which will grant you absolute command over your e-mail boxes and mail campaigns. With this intuitive GUI, you can create a brand new electronic mail account in no time and manage its settings easily. Besides, you can forward electronic mail messages from one email mailbox to another, finetune mail filters, set up autoresponders and defend your email mailbox accounts against junk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your email accounts against spam e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired e-mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given email box account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming electronic mails on the basis of certain criteria defined by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and modify the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mails from one email mailbox account to another, or even to several other e-mail accounts. Simply choose the email box account you would like to forward e-mails from, then select the target e-mail box and select if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your choosing to access your electronic mail accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you want to set up on your personal computer or smartphone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple e-mail accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to easily create an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
